A couple of years ago, we hired EAC to transform our side yard into a patio and completely redo our front yard w/ granite steps, new sod, mulch and shrubs, and a stone retaining wall. He offered thoughtful suggestions and pointed out things to consider that no one else mentioned. I also appreciated that EAC was a smaller, hands-on company but still large enough to have reliable crews and professional equipment. His estimate was fair and transparent. Throughout the project, Edvin remained responsive, reliable, and flexible. When we needed to adjust the scope, he handled it smoothly. He was proactive in spotting potential issues and came up with smart, practical solutions. When a permitting hiccup came up, he took care of it. After the project wrapped, he continued to respond promptly to any follow-up questions. His crew was also fantastic. They showed up early, worked long hours in the heat, and maintained a high level of professionalism the entire time. The results were beautiful. Our neighbors still comment on how great everything looks. If you’re looking for fancy 3D renderings or daily project-manager updates, EAC might not be your match.
